I hit it farther than any other club, I recommend it very much. It looks good and performs just as well. I found that I needed to to tee it slightly lower than other deep faced drivers I have had for a penetrating ball flight. I have both the Callaway and the Ping G2. Does anyone know which shaft would be comparable to the calaway firm flex? Please try again later! Recently I was practicing at the range and the wind was blowing and gusting about 25 mph straight on.

This thing hits the ball too low for my taste at its stated loft. I am hoping I get to a carry and some roll out of the 8 degree. My misses were simply bigger low cuts.

The original Big Bertha drivernow about ten years old, was much bigger than the persimmon and steel drivers available from the competitors, and the — though not the biggest — is certainly up there. I found that Callowzy needed to to tee it slightly lower than other deep faced drivers I have had for a penetrating ball flight. Mishits may not travel as far, but the worst I could do with even a moderate swing with the was a yard cut off the heel.

Bought a 10 degree czlloway aldila stiff shaft version of this 18 months ago and have started to love it in the last 6 months. Falloway driver is a lot more Ping Eye 2 than Titleistif you get my drift.

When I swtiched, I increased the carry on my drives from to Callaway have taken all of their legendary technology and fused it into a massive cc Titanium head to give phenomenal forgiveness and power from the tee!

Found this at a pawnshop, came with X flex shaft. Callaway can lay claim to inventing the oversized driver, and have taken the latest Big Bertha close to the cc legal size limit. Callaway has long led the charge to bigger drivers. The cut remained — I never did get the to turn the ball over — but the ball flew on a normal trajectory. I can put a nice little draw on this club when needed.

The driver loves to hit the ball low, unlike every other Callaway driver to date, and you may be surprised at how high a loft and how low a shaft kickpoint you need to get this baby airborn.
