Any help would be greatly appreciated. HD channels need a fast processor of course. From searching forums I was able to tweak it enough where it works OK most of the time but the interface is also not very user-friendly and I still have issues with stuttering or channels not tuning in even though it shows a strong signal. Wednesday, March 17, 2: My computer is running Windows XP and I bought this tuner as it is a bit older and pibnacle the reviews it seemed designed more for Windows XP as opposed to Win7.
The only concern is the USB stick turns pretty hot after working a short period of time.

Let Windows 7 try to find the device drivers itself rather than install them from a CD or the web. Worked fine for me The antenna didn’t work well flat against a wall, but worked good flat on a table up against a window.
I want to use Windows Media Center for my tuner card but it doesn’t recognize it therefore cannot get my cable channels. Had to buy codecs just to try it with original software and it still kept locking up. So i was wondering if you ever found a solution for the problem.
